The member of staff (Becky) was very friendly and told us everything we needed to know. I was offered a cup of tea and even some custard creams whilst we shopped. After selecting our bed and matress of choice becky was very helpful with the purchase process and setting up of finance options and the extras we bought (like matress garentee).
