The two men in the store were very good at there job ,,we was offered drinks ,,overall great

Tam was extremely friendly when we went into store, he told us all about the different firmnesses of the beds and offered to make us a drink whilst we were there. Offered friendly advice which helped us to make our decision. Gave good descriptions of each of the best and was able to answer questions fully.

Welcoming staff who understood my requirements and assisted me in my choice. A very friendly welcoming store.

Excellente service and product. Uppon arrival we were greeted with a big smile Explained our requirements, Dominic fully understood and recommended a mattress pillows and protector. The whole process took 30mn. Second time in 8 years dreams has delivered. Thank you very much

We found that Stuart the Store Manager was extremely attentive and understood what we were looking for. He explained the options available to us and we felt there were no hidden surprises. He was also willing to take the time to make a phone call to confirm his understanding of the bed we were interested in. Overall a very satisfying visit given that originally we were only going to look at the beds and ended up placing the order, all of which I put down to Stuart's manner.
