Dreams - Southampton

The product range on show was great. It allowed me to see first hand the quality and look at what I wanted to order.

We came into Dreams shop at Southampton, just opposite central station on the 16/10/16. Tam assisted us - a very needy and unexperienced clients in very professional and "easy going" manner. We were welcomed with a smile and all ours needs at the end of the day were met. Throughout the visit we had time to make decisions and think things through quietly as well as to receive assitance and advice when needed. To be honest, I do not remember such a fantastic assistance I had in years! Thank you for such a lovely experience, advise and professionalism. Very happy customers now awaiting for a delivery! Served by tam, efficient and knowledgeable without being pushy. Lots of choices in store, yes we could have got something cheaper elsewhere but quality comes at a price. Would use dreams again.

My wife and I were particularly impressed with Robyn as she was very knowledgeable and was super helpful regarding our specific bed choice and then subsequent mattress choice. Nothing was too much trouble, especially with our indecisiveness. We did not make a purchase on the day as we needed to measure up, however we have a much closer Dreams store to us that we could have placed the order with. We decided that we wanted to deal with Robyn so we decided to make the drive back to the Southampton store as she deserved the commission, if it were not for her we would have made a purchase at john lewis. Please give Robyn a huge thanks from us and give the girl a pay rise, good employees are worth hanging on too.

The girl who helped us at the Southampton store called Robyn was very knowledgeable about the product and actually stayed until after the store close at 7pm to complete our order. Very impressed.
