Approached on arrival and received a run down on colour system to find products, and pricing. Offered coffee and tea... Liked that touch. Chole made us feel welcome, offering us pillows to try with the beds. We didn't feel forced to buy a product which made us feel more open to choose for ourselves. Chole was however avaliable when we wanted to make a purchase and processed the order efficiently.

Tam, our salesman was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Made the choice process much easier. Thanks!

Tammy from the Southampton store was amazing he was the only welcoming face we saw when entering the store , he was honest polite and wanted to make sure we got the best he even made us try new beds of different scale to make sure we know what we wanted and we were so shocked at the fact we wanted a softer bed then expected, little disappointed that only super kings come with divan bed frames specially as I do not like them otherwise we would have spent more money in store , but Tammy was so amazing would recommend him to anyone

We came in three times over the course of a couple of weeks. We had not bought a bed or mattress for 17 years so needed to understand the different product types and advantages / disadvantages of each. Robyn spent plenty of time explaing all this to us - but without any pressure to buy, and this set us up for looking at both Dreams and other stores. When we came in again, she continued to be helpful, and it was not until the third visit that we decided to purchase, at which point all the paperwork was well explained and again I felt no pressure. Great service and a great member of staff.
