The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy.

The staff were very friendly but not pushy at all, just the way I like it. THe staff member know the product knowledge and was efficient at point of sale. Experience beat John Lewis store!

Helpful assistance. Colour coding of mattresses very helpful.

The staff that greeted me were very polite and I was offered a hot drink was left alone to wonder until I required assistance and when I wanted help and advice they were very understanding and helpful and helped me make an informed decision with my purchase All in all a great experience

Robyn was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and gave us time alone to consider our options. All other colleagues of hers were polite and acknowledged us as we walked around the store. Very impressed with delivery options and cost. Thank you Dreams Southampton

The assistant (Tam) listened to my requirements and took time to explain the products. There were a few options that met my requirements (not too many) and the assistant took his time to explain the benefits to me. There was no pressure to buy and I could take as much time as I wanted. The additional extras were a surprise and were not pushed on me and the products seem to be of a high quality (although I had not received my mattress yet). Finally, the price was lower than expected even though the mattress is a well known brand.

The shop manager (Darren?) offered Just the right amount of offer to help whilst giving us enough time to first browse. Excellent product knowledge. Very good at guiding us to right mattress for our needs.

good choise of products,my only issue is that some mattresses wee overpriced in comparison to buying a whole bed
