The professionalism of the person who served us.

We were assisted by Tam. He was friendly, helpful and knowledge and took the time to explain different options and was very patient whilst we tried a number of different mattresses. We was not at all pushy but gave us confidence in the product and gave us reassurance that we were getting value for money. We left the store for a short while to think things over and when we returned he was serving another customer but he ensured that one of his colleagues looked after us and despite it being busy we were served very quickly and everything was explained to us very clearly. Tam was brilliant and his colleague who helped also was great too. Sorry can't remember her name but she had black hair. Thanks

Tam served us in the Southampton branch and was very patient with us. He advised us on how to choose a mattress and helped us made a decision on which bed we purchased. We would definitely shop here again!

We were out to buy a replacement mattress. We were greeted by Dreams Colleague Tam........he was warm and friendly as soon as we walked into the store. Straight away he advised us on what there was to suit our needs and extremely helpful with our final decision.

Chloe was extremely knowledgable, warm and friendly. Not a sales pitch in sight, which is what we were expecting walking into a bed store! Chloe answered all our queries honestly and confidently. It was our first time buying a bed and she made the experience very enjoyable! Robin was there as well and when we sat down to do the paperwork, we chatted to them both for quite a while as there were no other customers in the store, they were both very professional and welcoming!

Before I went to the store I spoke to Chloe the assistant gave me all the deals that where on when we went in on Friday she greeted us at the door asked if would like a coffee and showed us all the items I think this girl was amazing and I will be gioinging back in the future well done dreams

I firstly spoke to Assistant Chloe on the phone asking about the product & availability, I then went into the store to place & pay for my order, she was very helpful & was very knowledgeable on the product I wanted & understood my needs. On my experience I would definitely shop with Dreams again.

The sales assistant Chloe was very informative, patient and not at all pushy. She helped us to get exactly what we wanted and gave us all the time we needed to make decisions. Thank you :)

We arrived at the store, were greeted by friendly staff who provided great information and were also offered tea or coffee. We then went around other retailers, however we did not feel very welcome in other stores. We are a young couple and felt overlooked and unimportant to other retailers. It was the warm and welcoming staff that treated us seriously that made us come back and purchase our bed with dreams. We had exceptional customer service from the whole team and Tam most of all.
