We took the samples of the frames to the store next door where I had purchased curtains to pick the best colour to co ordinate the bed room assistant was both polite and understanding the bed will be being shipped to Cyprus

We went to look at the beds after seeing the wide variety and the pice also the discount you could get we chose a great bed and mattress with a great package on monthly payments the dill was done very happy with our trip to dreams.

We went to the store and were met by Tam. He soon understood our requirements and showed us a range of mattresses and divan bases with headboards. After discussing the options with Tam we narrowed our search down to the Tempur mattress. We chose a Tempur SK cloud plus Tempur pillows and a divan base with headboard. Tam was very knowlegable about the products in store and he gave us good advice. We were very pleased with our Dreams experience and will certainly return again when looking for another bed.

Chloe explained all the different mattresses to us. The total price of frame and mattress was excellent. Plus the delivery time was quicker than we thought. Put that we the fact you will assemble our new bed and take our old bed away all for a very reasonable price. Great service.

The staff who helped us Chloe and Stuart were extremely helpful and friendly, and knew their products, they were happy to answer all the questions that we had asked, giving us the best and useful information in order for us to purchase the right bed and mattress. They were also very helpful as we had seen a new sofa bed on the website that we are interested in purchasing and went out of their way to find out what store, the sofa bed would be in, so we could go and see it. The store in Southampton was very clean and in good order also making the shopping experience a pleasant one.
