Staff were knowledgable and we didn't wait very long to be offered help. There was plenty of choice. I didn't feel rushed even though we stayed past closing time. We are very happy with our new mattress choice.

The salesperson had a good knowledge of The product she was selling.

We were able to wonder around the store without being jumped on as soon as you walk in as it is nice to just look around first when asked if needed help they were there and very helpful even offering tea or coffee so yes a good shopping experience

Our experience yesterday was 10/10 because of Chloe. I don't usually like being offered help as soon as I walk in to a retail store because I'm quite an anxious and socially inept person. That being said, Chloe completely broke through any barrier I had and I left really in awe of her people skills/customer service. She picked our (my) favourite mattress first attempt along with an amazing pillow that I fell in love with, she listened to our preferences, like really listened. We had a bounce on a couple of other mattresses which is always an awkward experience and Chloe knew when to jump in and when to leave us for a moment so it wasn't so awkward. We left really happy with our purchase and our experience today and I want you to know that yes I am very happy with the products we have purchased - but Chloe is the reason why Dreams will be our first choice and our first recommendation for the future. She was attentive, knowledgeable, very friendly, witty and easy to talk to (and what is even more incredible is that she is 19yrs old and she has already perfected the foundations for customer service). She is a credit to your team, so thank you very much Chloe!!

Good product and friendly staff.

To be fair, we had no idea what we were looking for, other than knowing that it was probably time for a mattress change. However, with Karina's assistance, we were able to understand the various products on offer and test out the ones we were interested in. At no stage were we rushed or coerced into buying something that we didn't want and were offered a hot drink as well. We found Karina to be both knowledgeable and extremely professional and her confident yet relaxed style of selling to be reassuring and helpful. Tks

Chloe was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She spoke clearly and precisely and listened well to all our requirements. She was then able to make appropriate recommendations getting us to try a variety of mattresses with different qualities and finally encouraged us to whittle down our choices until we had made our final decision.
