Staff were very helpful. Good choice of products. Plenty of choice available in our price range.

During our visit we were greeted after being able to look around a little and get some ideas of what we were looking for. The sales women Chloe was more than helpful with choosing the best bed we could for my wife with back problems and along with another colleague, even kept our son entertained while we made our decision. Setting up the finance could not have been easier and we did not feel pressured into buying anything we did not want to. My recommendation is that all the staff at the Southampton branch we visited deserve a nice big bonus.

The person called Tam was very helpful, very friendly and was able to answer all questions asked. We were even given a lovely cup of coffee whilst being dealt with.

Tam the sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. We had come from the hospital with my father who was in desperate need of a new bed. My Dad is still very unwell and was in a wheel chair, but the assistant provided superb help and advice for my Dad's needs. He offered us all a cup of coffee which was very welcome.

Good customer service throughout, store nice and quiet so was able to discuss with each other our options.

The service was very good, and the woman, who served me, I think her name was kerry, was very knowledgeable about the products, matresses, on sale, I was dealt with very quickly, although I was offered a cup of tea, but didn't have time to drink it, I left with 2 matresses, and they rang me a taxis, aswell, excellent customer service, and I will return, again
