Very pleasant experience, Kerry and Tam were both friendly and knew their stuff. Good to have the opportunity to try out the bed frame and mattress I'd seen online.

Chloe was the assistant who welcomed me and my husband into the store. My husband is disabled and uses a mobility scooter so she ensured that had access to all parts of the store including the upper level. Chloe has a very pleasing attitude and also is very knowledgeable regarding the products.We were able to obtain the product which we were searching for. A most pleasing experience. Mary Smith

The knowledge of tam the sales person was spot on I told him my needs He showed us guiet a few examples And gave his recommendations which turned out to be very satisfactory

Wanted a fold up guest bed there was one in store for me to viewat the right price. Was quoted four days for delivery it arrived the next day. Very satisfied

The member of staff was very friendly and also wanted to ensure our young daughter was okay (gave her a balloon). We were offered tea several times (although declined the offer). He listened to my husbands requests and pointed out mattresses which may suit our needs best.
