I knew what I was looking for and found what I wanted in a short space of time helped by a very friendly assistant who was able to help and advise and was able to answer any questions fully.

we went to the store on the recommendation of a freind ,and we were not dissapointed the sales assistant Kerry was great ,as well as being freindly with a lovely personality she knew her stuff!! itwas great to talk to a real person with a real personality instaed of either a machine or someone who has the personality of a bag of potataoes.I had my own retail buisness,be it not the size of dreams but she would definately get a job ,most of the younger generation are either bimbos or as I say snowflakes ie they melt if you talk to them ,we paced an order for 3 beds totalling nearly 2k,well done kerry all the very best for the future ,juicy

tHE SALESMAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, ALTHOUGH HE WAS THE ONLY SALESMAN WORKING THAT DAY, AND HE HAD A SHOP FULL OF PEOPLE. HE WENT BETWEEN EVERYBODY EQUALY , AND LEFT US TO MAKE UP OUR MIND. WE DIDN`T FEEL PRESURED IN TO BUYING.

Went into the shop with a view to look at products and prices as we were considering buying a new bed sometime in the near future. However as we were able to try a number of beds for comfort and were given good friendly advice by the member of staff who was extremely helpful we decided to buy there and then. We are delighted with the comfort of the new bed and mattress.

My partner and I were looking to buy a new mattress. The Dreams assistant, Kerry, was very pleasant ,attentive and knowledgeable, and understood that my partner and I had different requirements when it came to firmness of mattress we were looking for. She explained all the different options made a few suggestions and then allowed us to try out an example of each. As it happened, the first one she suggested turned out to be the one we ended up buying.
