Becky who serviced us was friendly professional and patient. Becky also offered advise with pillows other products. Very knowledgeable as well.

Dreams assistant Becky (Southampton) was very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & she listened to what we wanted & what we had to say especially as it s a big decision & she very much respected the fact that we wanted to ensure we got the right mattress that was right for us. She also sent some time with us going clearly through several options based on the sleep simulater findings & was happy for us to try them all out to ensure we could make the right decision.

There was a good range of products, which we were welcome to try out for ourselves (why we didn't order online!). The assistant was very friendly and helpful, and did not try to push us into spending more than our budget. The only slight issue was that the delivery date we were hoping for was unavailable by the time our credit agreement had processed - noone's fault - just one of those things.

Riana was very helpful and efficient and knew the products well.

I have purchased three beds in the last two years and have been very satisfied with them. My daughter came with me to buy the latest bed just this week and will probably purchase something for herself in the near future.

I came in on the 12-09-21 in desperate need for a new bed as i suffer with a chronic pain desease thats really bad at the moment and has effected my mobility greatly, our server was Becky and i have to say i have never recieved the kind of care and attion i had off this wonderful lady in any other store not only was she very knowledgeable about the products she listened to my specidic needs and was able to help me choose the perfect bed she was also extremely paitent with me as i was so slow and she gave me all the time i needed and even offered me a drink when she saw i was struggling plus the fact she was just friendly it really was just an amazing experiance off her and in my eyes this girl needs a huge amount of praise she really is an asset to your company and i am so greatful for all the help and support she offered during my visit its something you see a lot in retail anymore specially being disabled she didnt treat me any different yet she was so kind to my needs it really was exceptional service from her.
