Speedy service that was effective but not pushy. We were given the information needed and then the sales representative left us to try the products. She returned when appropriate and gave us further assistance in a comprehensive and helpful manner. She was not aggressive with her sales efforts which was very appreciated.

Brilliant advice helping us choose the correct matteress. Left Alone when needed.

The salesman was welcoming and really helpful with our questions and explained the differences between the various beds.

The service from the staff was very friendly and also informative. The tea was a very pleasant surprise and made the visit a little more special. The one slight problem is there were no single beds in the store at all. I understand the issue with stock and available space, but just one bed so that you could see the size would be advantageous in my opinion.
