Dreams - Southampton

I visited the store on 2 occasions and met the same sales assistant Kerry who was helpful, friendly and was a massive help in helping me choose a bed and headboard for my bedroom. Kerry gave me good tips and pointed me in the right directions as i needed a specific mattress. On the return visit i was happy that Kerry remembered me and we made the purchase and Kerry went through the whole process with ease and professionalism. Very impressed indeed i even got an offer of a cuppa which was really nice. Friendly, helpful informative what more can a customer ask for.

Tan gave us a little bit of time to look around before coming over (we like this!) He was very thorough with information and help. We were offered a cup of tea whilst trying out which mattress we wanted, which was a really nice touch.

As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable with the surroundings. Your sales assistant (Kerry) oproached us very calmly with a lovely friendly smile explaining the layout of the store to me as I have never been to a dreams store before.

not pressurised into buying anything made to feel welcome

The quality and price of bed and mattress we bought from dreams we couldn't match in any other store. The assistant,Rima,was extremely helpful and courteous too,giving us excellent service. After going round other stores first,wish we'd just gone straight to Dreams as our previous bed was a Dreams purchase too!

The assistant in the store (Katrina) was very impressive showing great skill with her knowledge of goods and exuded confidence. Very helpful and showed how customer service should be. The delivery notifications were helpful in planning our day and the mattresses arrived at the stated time. Again the delivery team were pleasant and helpful. Overall a great shopping experience.

Rima listened to my requirements and understood my financial position and was very professional.

The lovely girl who served me called Chloe was fantastic. She really tuned in to what I needed and was really patient, professional and helpful. She made the whole experience very easy. Even though the bed will take 4 weeks to arrive... the experience with Chloe took the edge of off any minor down sides. I’m a girl of similar weight and height to Chloe and she really seemed to understand what I needed and helped me to feel at home trying out the beds. This is a very expensive perchace for someone of my income, so I might have left having not bought a bed at all we’re it not for Chloe. Great sales person. She deserves recognition for the level of service she gave. Thanks Chloe. Jodie

I originally visited the store last year when I was due to move into my new-build apartment. Chloe assisted me on that day and when I visited again a few months later, she remembered my name and the exact product I was interested in. Due to further delays to my apartment, I was not in the position to buy furniture but today I finally managed to buy the product I initially wanted when I visited in July 2017. Chloe was once again there to help me and I was happy to process the final purchase with her. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and was the perfect balance of assistance - there to give you any advice or answers to questions you have, whilst also giving you time to try the beds on your own without feeling pressured to make such a big purchase immediately (as I have experienced in other furniture stores recently with sales consultants pestering you with "so are you going to buy this today"). She was very patient as I was quite particular with what I wanted such as ensuring the ottoman was deep enough and I always felt welcome in the store. The sales process was quick and efficient with everything explained to me and I look forward to receiving my bed in the near future
