David who assisted us was very helpful...he was knowledgeable and easy to talk to....he also allowed us time alone to try out mattresses which enabled us time to explore and discuss as husband and wife exactly what we wanted.

We found what we had looked for, okay the price is more than I would usually consider spending on a mattress. So I am hoping that the investment is well worth it.

We were met by the Dreams colleague Carolina shortly after entering the showroom. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us and explained about the item in question. We then spent approximately one and a half hours trying out the various mattresses on offer and all throughout Carolina was there to guide us and answer all our questions. Carolina made us feel very welcome and allowed us time to sample the mattresses and at no time did we feel pressured to make our decision. We would like to thank Carolina for her time and patience and for making our visit a very pleasurable one

The Dream colleague 'Madhurima' was very attentive & displayed an exceptional level of expertise which helped me to commit to the purchase of both the bed and mattress from Dreams.
