We were expecting the process to take ages and be confusing with what mattress would be a best fit. The whole purchase took under an hour from looking to buying. We are very happy with our frame and mattress and know it will match our sleeping perfectly.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Was offered a drink. Explained that I was buying for a spare room and they completely understood price wise what I was wanting. Very helpful without being pushy in helping me choose between options as had only general idea of what I wanted going in.

The assistance given was very professional. The ladies were very kind and friendly.

Very satisfied overall. The wee Scottish gentleman was most helpful but I dinna ken his name. The machine that suggests types of beds was an interesting development. Almost fun!

I visited on two occasions. First to get an overall view on price and what was on offer in form of a new mattress. Both visits I was greeted by very knowledgeable friendly staff who helped me make a decision with no pressure. Very happy.

I am disabled and also have a disabled wife and the assistant found everything we need to make our sleeping aids and accessories accordingly and the cup of tea was delightful

The customer service I received from Rima was fantastic and very helpful. She went above and beyond even to the extent of offering to sponsor me in my fundraising and advertising to her colleges

Carolina gave us time to consider and talk through each bed and mattress in our own time. She was not at all pushy but when we wanted to, she quickly showed us the next product.
