The assistant asked us straight away if we needed any help and offered us refreshment explained how the sleep match machine worked. gave us time to make a decision of what we wanted.

Very friendly sales assistant. 2 of them in the store and I other customers. She got me a coffee and was very keen to help, but also happy to let me be alone to look around. A word of caution though, the second sales assistant obviously had little to do and looked totally bored.

Our experience was of a high professional service. Carolina the sales assistant was a warm, friendly person who was knowledgeable on what type of bed that would suit our sleep and comfort

We arrived at dreams an was welcomed right away and asked if we needed any assistance, We were greeted by The Lovely Tam he was so polite and listened to what we wanted and needed he was also really good with my child he helped us find our perfect mattress in no time, he was never pushy and only gave me his opinion if I asked for it this was such a smooth visit and I will always recommend To all of my friends and family to ask for Tam we will be back after this visit :)
