Dreams - Southampton

We were greeted on arrival and then left to browse - when we were ready the assistant came over to answer our questions and knew when to give us space for discussions. There was no pushy sales and felt like great customer service with no obligation

The member of staff who dealt with us for very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. She explained the cost of the items very clearly and allowed us time to consider the purchase. Delivery time quoted also very good and overall we enjoyed our visit to the store

The staff were very helpful that worked for Dreams. They provided us with excellent customer service and when having an issue with a discount code Customer Services were able to sort this with no issues and were very friendly.

All that l needed was in the showroom at the time and the assistance l was given was very good.

The ‘test bed’ at at the front was interesting and I think useful, but the real gem was Rina who, looked after us and was both charming and could not do enough to help us, she was a delight. She assessed all our needs and put together a package for the 2 beds we needed, we are so grateful to her as without her we would not have had a clue what to buy. We are very pleased with the products Rina helped us select.

Becky at the Southampton branch couldn’t have been more helpful. She showed us a wide range of beds and fully explained everything in detail. We didn’t feel pushed into buying something too expensive as some stores do!! In short, spotless store, well stocked & friendly staff - couldn’t fault at all.

I'm chronically ill, and the staff member (Becky) was extremely accommodating, lovely to talk to, and very understanding. I use a cane to help with my mobility, and I have been met with some unpleasant comments from staff members from other shops before (not Dreams), and Becky commented positively on my cane which was a really nice change and definitely appreciated! She made a shopping experience I was dreading into a completely positive experience, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied.
