The assistant was extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything about the product. I was not rushed and I felt comfortable buying the product selected.

The Dreams colleague was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He offered good advice relating to our needs.

WE WERE MET BY DARREN WHO OFFERED US BOTH A CUP OF TEA OR COFFEE WHICH WE REFUSED THEN HE ASKED US IF WE WANTED TO BE SCANNED TO DETERMINE WHICH MATTRESS WOULD BE THE BEST FOR ME AND MY WIFE WHICH WAS A AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND WHEN THE SCANNING WAS COMPLETED HE OFFERED US ANOTHER CUP OF TEA OR COFFEE WHICH WE REFUSED FOR THE SECOND AND HE HAD THE RESULT SHEET IN HIS HAND AND HE SHOWED US THE FOUR MATTRESSES RECOMMENDED BY THE SCANNING MACHINE AND HE GOT US A PILLOW SO WE COULD TRY THE FOUR MATTRESSES IN TURN AND AFTER WE TRIED ALL FOUR HE LEFT US TO RETRY THE MATTRESSES AGAIN AND WE BOTH AGREED THAT THE MATTRESS WE CHOOSE WAS THE BEST ONE FOR US AND WHEN WE HAD DECIDED DARREN CAME OVER TO CHECK HOW WE WERE GETTING ON AND THEN WE TOOK A SEAT AT THE ORDER DESK WHERE DARREN DEALT WITH OUR ORDER OFFERED US INSURANCE WHICH WE TOOK AND THEN HE TOLD US THAT WE WERE ENTITLED TO A FREE MATTRESS PROTECTOR WHICH HE COLLECTED FROM THE STORE OFFERED A RANGE OF DELIVERY DATES WHICH WE SELECTED THE DATE WE WANTED AND THEN HE GAVE THE BIG GREEN BAG TO PUT OUR OLD MATTRESS INTO ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY AND WE CONFIRMED ALL THE INFORMATION WAS CORRECT AND THEN HE PLACED OUR ORDER HE WAS BRILLIANT.

We were approached quite quickly on entering and helped to assess our needs. We thought we knew what we wanted and that was confirmed by the bed scanner and Darren.

As the staff were attentive and took into account my situation and the bed I would and the process was very quick

James was a great salesman who didn’t come across as pushy at any point. He was very laid back and made myself and my partner feel like we were talking to a friend not someone who was trying to sell us something. We went in not really knowing what we wanted and ended up buying a bed and mattress we both loved, which we probably wouldn’t have done if James didn’t come and say hello.
