Having been duped by another company and sold a dangerously faulty bed, the staff member was amazing! She understood my medical needs and requirements and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information she could possibly find to assist us in making the right choice.

Joanna our sales assistant was very knowledgeable about ottomans as she has had a few herself. She was very friendly and approachable. Even though she had a mini stroke she was still more than willing to show us how to operate an ottoman.

We was approached by a friendly looking man called Darren who told us all about t beds and products that can have also we went on t bed analyses, we was in t store 20 mins and offered tea or coffee, we told Darren t bed we like and what colour and it was all ordered to b delivered either 2 weeks, which perfect as I'm off of work on that date , so very impressed thank you Darren and dreams

Darren was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, from the pillows and mattress protector to the mattress and base. He was also very knowledgeable about the insurance product - both my wife and I work in insurance and we very rarely buy the add on covers but this was a good product at a competitive price
