Help was available as soon as I entered the store. Zoe offered me options and was very knowledgable about the product. I felt valued as a customer and this meant that I ordered there and then rather than traipse round other stores.

When we entered the store we were greeted good morning with no pressure to buy, had a look round then the lady asked us if we would like any help also offered us a cold bottle of water as it was one of the hottest days of the year, sat down and said what we wanted and was shown various choices and we placed a order

Sales person was very helpful, not pushy at all and offered drinks too. The buying experience was easy and relaxed

The assistant knew he's job very well and was really helpful was made tea and overall a good shopping experience.

The Assistant Darren, was very friendly, spent time explaining all about the beds & mattresses we purchased.

We were greeted by assistant and asked what we were looking for and guided us through the best items to suit our needs.

Every aspect of the knowledge of the salesman for the products was first class and helped us with our decision to purchase our items.

I was welcomed very quickly just after coming in the shop and was asked if I needed help and was told about the mattress detector that picks the right mattress for me. I was offered tea coffee and water. I had my nan with me and she wasn’t offered the same. I didn’t feel rushed at all to make my decision and was shown a big range of different mattresses. The process for paying was very quick and I was made aware of the 0% finance over 9 months and other payment methods that would suit me best. I would definitely 100% return to this store when I’m looking for anything else bed related and recommend friends and family to this store.
