Excellent service , Tom was very knowledgable about the products available and even helped us out by getting some colouring pens and paper for our 2yr old son to do while he was helping us choose the right mattress

First ever visit to a Dreams store & it was an enjoyable experience. I came into the store, knowing what I wanted & had done my research on that product. Darren (who served me) was extremely knowledgable, helpful and fully answered the questions I had. I was not rushed or pressured in any way and having placed my order left the store very happy with my purchase & the service I had received.

We were given time to have a good look, and try out the products for the comfort they offered. Darren explained how the mattresses are made and differed from each other.and also given a nice cup of tea.

the staff were really helpful to my needs as i have a back problem i was able to walk around with a member of staff and choose the mattress that i wanted and not want they wanted me to buy no matter how much it cost

As soon as I entered the store a member of staff approached me asked me was there anything they could help me with, I only went for a particular bed frame but came out with the bed 2 bedside tables and an ottoman as it all matched so if I had just asked for what I wanted I would have still been looking for the other item's, so very happy staff mentioned that there was matching items if I was interested

Didn’t feel we were pressured into making a decision to buy. The assistant gave us all the information needed to allow us to make our own decision. Very friendly and informative.
