Easy to navigate store, staff were helpful and the transaction was very straight forward.

Friendly and efficient staff

The sales lady was efficient and very polite.

We were warmly welcomed upon arriving and are needs quickly established. We were ‘scanned’ for obtaining the best mattress and given a range to try. There was no time pressure as we tested the beds mattresses over and over until our choice was made.

The lady that helped us with our purchase, was very friendly and helpful, and she came straight to us as soon as we enter the store, to see if she can help us.

Darren and colleagues were very helpful using their own personal experiences to make me feel confident that I was purchasing the right bed and mattress for me and my partner

Your colleges Tom was friendly, assertive and had excellent product knowledge. Nothing was too much hassle to spend time helping us and getting our needs right. Lovely guy and you should be proud to have him working for you! (Thanks Tom you saved us from getting a divorce arguing over our current bed lol).
