The Lady who assist us was friendly , and help us to choose the right matress we needed for our bed.

Darren was really helpful and showed us a range of beds that would suit our needs.

Staff very friendly, Lisa and Darren especially, wasnt walking into make a perchuse but we was given all options from product to payment options. The whole visit was relaxed and comfortable. Only niggle would be the computer system freezing or going back pages which resulted in us going through details multiple times. If we was short of time that may of been a problem

The starff where very helpful and helped in all area. I would recommend this store to friends and family I was very satisfied with my purchase.

The assistant, Tom, spent time understanding our needs and showed us suitable mattresses in a few price ranges. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

I came into store with my husband and 2 children with a hangover from the night before so was feeling fragile and the experience received from TOM in Sittingbourne was amazing. He did not push us, he was extremely personable, fun and a character we wont forget. He offered drinks, left us when we were on the bed testing which was better than standing over us and was overall really attentive and knowledgable. He did not rush or take too long. Was clear and helpful. Really liked him. Excellent staff member and a credit to Dreams.

We knew what we were looking for but needed help with the most suitable mattress. Sales Assistant Lisa was very helpful and at the same time not insistent; giving us time to decide on our purchase after she had given us advice on the best product for our requirements.

Our sales person Tom was the friendly and efficient face of dreams. He went out of his way to help and offer advice and let us make our own minds on the product we required. All staff working in retail could use Tom as an example of good customer care.
