From the moment we walked in the service was friendly, Zoe knew exactly what she was talking about and listened to our needs.

Zoe, Tom and Lisa were very friendly and personable offering refreshments and answering any and all questions asked with obvious knowledge on products. They offered extras with the mattress purchases again explaining differences so I could understand easily, offered the sleep match technology to ensure my satisfaction in the products, overall I experienced outstanding customer service that did not intrude my person or made me feel pressured.

I was asked if I needed any help, which I did, and the assistant took time to explain things and show me the different products.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Welcomed and offered a hot drink, made comfortable.
