The Assistant named Darren was extremely friendly and helpful and not pushy in anyway. Darren explained everything to us and made every effort to make sure we understood the product and procedure. He arranged for us to have a test to make sure we chose the right mattress for us and explained clearly the different mattress types. He offers us refreshments and went through the documents with us explaining payments available and the delivery procedure. Finally he explained the time we had with regard to the mattress return policy and that we must always use the mattress protector. A very pleasant and helpful assistant.

What can I say. It was a Dream excuse the pun. Karen was very knowledgeable. Very good at her job. Explained things very well and made a great cuppa. Darren on the sales bit sorting out the financial side of things was brilliant. Explained everything and answered every question I asked. Great store. Well done guys.
