Lisa was our assistant and was really helpful she understood what we wanted and gave us com[parable items to be sure we had the right mattress for us we also did the sleep master which was really helpful as well, Lisa explained everything about the extended cover etc and remembered that we needed a Saturday delivery so explained the cost which was fine it is what suits us better overall we were happy and would recommend the store and Lisa
