I knew what I wanted and the lady made it easy to place the order and didn’t take long at all, very helpful and efficient.

Maria was really helpful, she explained she was new but she was very informative, we loved the sleep technology bed !

We knew what mattress we wanted on our visit to dreams in Sittingbourne. Our order was sorted very quickly & efficiently. Mattress of choice was in stock & delivery organised. Good customer service from the outset.

Young lady was helpful and not pushy. Allowed us to lay on mattress to try it for comfort. We were given a cup of tea while our order was being processed

I received great customer service. The lady serving me was knowledgeable and patient with me. She also advised that I brought in my child to try out the beds later on that day which meant she cared more about customer satisfaction that a quick sale. Thank you.
