We were look after from the moment we entered the store. Maria was very nice and helpfull. Sleep match tool help us understand our needs.

We had already viewed the site on line and had an idea of what we wanted.Products were well displayed clean and tidy with prices and options well signed. The young lady Lisa, was very friendly and helpful, not pushy, but available when needed,she was also able to answer all our questions. The actual sale was very straightforward.

Staff very helpful and able to show the correct beds for our needs. Tea & coffee offered. We were not rushed to make our choice and were given the space to do so. Well done Dreams!

Lovely friendly staff, we were able to walk around and try all the different types of bed etc.. without being forced to buy. Staff knowledge of different items was good.

The sales advisor was very helpful and when I was comparing heights of bed and getting a little confused she made the effort to print off them for me so I had them in my hand to compare
