Myself and partner met with Karen at Dreams in Sittingbourne who was extremely friendly and very helpful. We tested which mattress would suit our needs and Karen then took the time to show us round the store at different mattresses for us to try. She listened very carefully and understood our needs. Overall Karen is a real asset to Dreams Company.

I don’t normally do these kind of messages but I felt I needed to after our excellent service in your sittingbourne store today. We were served by Michael and he was great. He went above and beyond for us! Little did he know that all week we have been potty training our son and today was our first day out and we brought a portable potty with us. I was so nervous taking him out but this gentleman made my experience so much easier. He wasn’t fazed by us pulling out the potty whilst he was chatting to us. This made our buying experience so much easier. He was good with his knowledge and he was also good at keeping the kiddies entertained. He is an asset to your company and I think he should be rewarded for his customer service skills. We went on to buy a bed and mattress from you guys which may not have been successful without all his help. I would also like to add that he was amazing with the sanitizing of his station after we left. Good work dreams, it’s unusual to see such great customer service that made me walk away feeling happy! 😃
