We spent a lot of time with the sales assistant He was knowledgeable about the products. Didn’t feel rushed had the chance to try many mattresses.

We didn’t have a clue what mattress to buy but after using the sleep test machine and help from the staff member we knew exactly what we needed to buy, so now we await our perfect mattress to arrive, can’t wait for a good nights sleep !!!

All the staff were immediately very helpful and friendly and approached me to assist my purchasing experience, to make it more efficient. Was lead to the mattress machine which is quite some piece of tech, and then Darren showed me around the relevant mattresses per my budget considerations. His knowledge of the products was spot on. The checkout experience was easy and getting some extra pillows thrown in for free and a duvet half price was a very nice touch. Even simple things like being offered a drink elevated the experience further. It's reassuring that this level of customer service still exists in such a large business chain. Because the colleague weas selcoming and took the time to listen to our needs and explain our options. The peronal touch was key as 2 other stores located nearby did not take the trouble to provide the level of service that Dreams did. We were very impressed and pleased with the delivery time available.

I’ve always brought beds from Dreams. You did a fab job with my parents 2 beds for their home. I then bought my first bed for my new build property back in Nov 2021 and the experience delivered by Maidstone was terrible. Sittingbourne Maria has restored my faith she was great!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clear and understandable signage for products.

The staff were very friendly and the sleepmatch machine seemed excellent. There was no pressure in selecting anything and I ended up with everything I needed. I used Dreams before years ago for my last mattress purchase and will use them again in the future when the time comes.

The sales person was very helpful and very efficient she took time to explain everything to us.

Good help from assistant, I even got a cup of tea.
