I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. There was hand sanitiser available, covering for the mattresses and a pillow protector. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and I was not hurried into a decision in any way. On my next visit the assistant recognised me and again was very patient with me and worked with me through to purchase.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. Took time to understand our needs. Showed us the product we originally came to view. Darren suggested a better quality, more comfortable mattress. Explained the differences between the two brands. The suggested recommended range was definitely better. No pressure selling.
