We tried the Sleepmatch to ensure we got the right firmness mattress.we was offered water which helped as the masks wearing tends to make us thirsty and he showed great patience whilst we dealt with our 3 year old who hates bed shopping. The assistant Michael was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful I didn’t feel over pressured and allowed time to make a decision

We were met at the doors we explained we only required a new mattress. They took us to a measuring bed put down protective sheeting. The results from the machine were then explained to us fully. Our trip around the showroom trying all the different types of matresses the machine had indicated. During this time we were offered a bottle of water several times. All in all a very satisfactory experience. The two staff members were friendly and took great care under the covid situation. The two staff members were Lisa and Michael.
