Maria the sales person acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store. She gave us space to browse and was on hand to answer any questions. Very friendly and easy to talk to. As it was so very warm she came with bottles of cold water for us. What a lovely gesture. Very welcome shopping experience. Thank you

My assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and asked very pertinent questions as to my specific needs. Also I was offered to try various different products and was made to feel very comfartatable in doing so, she displayed a calm and informing manner throughout with no pushing or over zealous slales tactics which I highly appreciated as this is a pet hate of mine. I found it an enjoyable experience and ended up making a large purchase of mattress and bed, I was recommended to this store by a friend who also purchased there, I used the machine that prescribed the ideal mattress which I found impressive!!! I would recommend dreams to other friends.

Very accommodating staff, very friendly and helpful. Knew what they were doing. I took my 3 year old with me and they had great professional interaction with her. COVID secure, felt very safe being in there.

Very clean and the staff were very friendly. The member of staff who served us was Darren and his product knowledge was very good. He was very professional but yet very friendly which is hard to find these days. Would definately recommend.
