The assistant was polite,knowledgeable and helpful, he took time to ascertain my exact needs and did not push me into a particular product but ensured that I was able to experience a range of choices.

Really friendly staff. We were supported without feeling pressured and given space and time to test out the mattresses. The sales person Darren was exceptionally helpful and the other staff in the store were friendly and reassuring
