Dreams - Sittingbourne

We first visited Dreams in Ashford where we were served by Emma. We knew what bedframe we wanted to look at but this was unfortunately not on display at their branch. She showed us a swatch of the fabric and then looked to see which other stores in the area had it on display. Also, as we didn't have a clue about mattresses she was very helpful and guided us to the assessment machine to narrow down the type that best suited us. Incredibly helpful and very friendly. The next day we went to Dreams Sittingbourne and were served by Julie. She was very friendly and showed us to the bedframe we liked explaining its features and also gave us great advice on pillows for the type of sleepers we are. She managed our order really well and provided us with great service. Thoroughly impressed with both stores and both ladies.

We were served by Darren who was warm, friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of advice while also giving time for us to think and explore on our own and discuss our decisions.

DARREN was unbelievably helpful, despite it being losing time he greated us at the door and listened to our specific request before directing us through a number of options. He offered to stay late, as to no rush us through our choosing of our ned. He was helpful, happy and went above and beyond.

Friendly helpful staff who understood our requirements

I visited the showroom in westwood cross and the staff member didn't have much confidence nor really the product knowledge. I really wanted and needed a new bed for my son so i visited the showroom in Sittingbourne during my lunch and darren was all you could ask for as a sales person. I work in kitchen sales and i would employ him on my team anyday. I needed a bed and he was probably the main reason i brought it from dreams rather than bensons as the un inspiring visit in westwood cross did start to turn me away from your company.

Attention to detail and our requirements and options in store to try

On arrival we were given the opportunity to sleepmatch and then shown suitable mattresses to choose from. We were allowed time on our own to try out the mattresses after being given all the technical information. We weren’t rushed

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did not pressure me in any way. They answered all my questions.
