The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped with choosing a mattress for the bed we purchased He made sure mattress was covered with disposable paper to ensure H&S There was no pressure at any point he was just advising best options for us to be able to make up our own minds

Myself and my partner visited the store today and was very pleased that not only there was sanitizer at the door but gloves and water too. Also we was offered a coffee or tea which was lovely. We was approached by Michael at the door who was very welcoming, friendly and listened to what our needs of our new bed. He showed us a few options and we made up our minds after trying what he showed us. All in all he is a credit to your company and we can't wait for out new bed. 😁
