I hadn’t planned on buying only looking but Joanna was so helpful and knowledgeable and ended up purchases mattress. I’m going back this wkend to purchase a double bed along with my mattress . I even got offered refreshments! Oh and some pillows that she recommended 👌 I normally feel pressured into buying and end up walking out but Joanna was lovely and no pressure but very enthusiastic 👍

I was served by Maria and she was incredibly helpful. As soon as I mentioned the product she was able to advise me based on questions I have and took my order there and then as well as recommending optional extras.

Maria in the Sittingbourne branch greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She was friendly and professional and asked if we needed any help. She guided us to the item we had seen online and enquired about and after we said we just wanted to look at the item by ourselves stated she was there if we had any further questions. When we were ready to make our purchase, she offered us a drink, was knowledgeable about the product when we made a couple of enquiries and submitted our purchase efficiently with a quick delivery date. From the minute we walked in they could not do enough we didn’t really know what we were looking for or where to start.

Julie was exceptional. We visited the store just before closing but you’d of never known. She went above and beyond to help and was great with our autistic son.
