This is the second time we have been into store and been assisted by Darren. He is amazing! So friendly and helpful he really is an asset to your company. I only wish more retail staff were as helpful as him

The salesperson was polite, very helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. Covid-19 guidelines were followed conscientiously, including social distancing. The store is clean and well organised. The colour coding on mattresses is very helpful and we were offered a pillow to use while testing mattresses. We were offered water and the opportunity to use the Sleepmatch technology
