When I walked in the store, it was not long before a store member offered assistance. He was very helpfull and knew the answers to any questions I had. I cannot speak any higher of the service I had. 10/10

The assistant was very attentive and went out of her way to ensure the product met my needs

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. Took time to explain the products and different types of bed/mattresses. Wasn’t hurried and was explained different buying options.

This is our second bed we bought from dreams. We went for the same one as before even though it is a bit more than the average we knee the quality is so good that we simply didn’t want to take chance on a cheaper product. A bed will be used for so long you can’t afford to buy poor quality! Will definitely recommend them to anyone and the therapur type

This is the second time we have been into store and been assisted by Darren. He is amazing! So friendly and helpful he really is an asset to your company. I only wish more retail staff were as helpful as him
