The assistant was knowledgeable and able to give me a good alternative to the one I first selected with the coolmax feature.

Made an enquiry over the phone about the product I required. Spoke to Maria and the went into the store next day to look at product and place an order. Saw Maria who talked us through which grade would be suitable for us. The delivery date was very good compared with other stores we had tried. We hope it will be delivered on time - we will wait and see. We had very friendly service and were quite impressed as we have never shopped with you before.

The whole experience of choosing a mattress was so simple, coming in to the store. It helped with Lisa who help us find the best mattress for us in our price range, the shop was very clean and they protect us all the time that we was in the store. The best bit was still being able to try out the mattress machine that scans your body for the right mattress.
