We ordered over the phone team were very helpful and knowledgeable it was a pleasant shopping experience

We went to a store in 2020 to try different mattresses but decided to wait on making a decision. After trying multiple mattresses at various stores we decided to order the mattress we had found online and I was then helped by a sales advisor to finalise the sale over the phone as was having a few issues. The site was very easy to use and the person on the phone (James) was very helpful and friendly

my previously purchased 8 year old mattress from Dreams was starting to not be so comfy. with the pandemic I was unable to go into a store but James was superb in finding my old data on my previous mattress and recommending the right one - the online experience was superb, his knowledge was excellent and the whole buying experience worked seamlesssly.

From the minute we walked in, the young lady on the sales floor politely greeted us and asked as to sanitise, which made us feel good that the company are following guidelines, she asked us if we needed help at that point we were only browsing. This was nice as we didn't feel pressured. We found what we wanted and was greeted by Darren, who went out of his way to find the bed we were after and within a reasonable time frame, he kindly offered us extras aswell. His product knowledge was great. We were offered a drink aswell. The team in the store are a credit to the brand. Extremely helpful but not pushy.
