Dreams - Sittingbourne

I was impressed with the staff and product within the store. Dreams has a good range of furniture that suits different standard. The staff are knowledgeable and they helped choose what would be ideal for the customer and let them try out a mixture of beds/mattresses to see what would be ideal for you.

Excellent customer service

From first initial contact everything was going smoothly, Lisa assisted us with using machine to find out which bed mattress will be best for us. Store was clean, social measures in place, offered drink. Very knowledgeable.

The sales assistant was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was not too pushy and allowed us time to assess what we were buying. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and he pointed me straight to the right place for my visit. I needed a new mattress and was unsure of what kind would suit my bad back, so he put us straight on the sleep testing machine. I was very impressed, he showed us 3 mattresses in our price range and matching our needs, and we bought the second one shown. The colleague was brilliant with my partner and kids and I certainly will return in the future

The knowledge of the products was excellent, friendly staff, took there time explaining products, did not overwhelm us with different products, a credit to Dreams.
