Dreams - Sittingbourne

As high risk people we were not at all worried about the cleanliness of the store, with hand sanitizers all around, masks worn and social distance kept at all times. We would highly recommend Dreams at Sittingbourne.

Darren, who served us, was really friendly and really helpful. He took the time to explain all of the mattress choices for us and we felt that we could take our time in choosing which one was best. Overall I am very satisfied, but it is a shame that the mattress delivery time is so long, but I do realise that is the nature of the mattress we have chosen.

Darren at the Sittingbourne store was extremely helpful and I couldn't praise the store me. From the mention I walked in I was greeted in an enthusiastic manner and the whole team were lovely, I was even offered a bottle of water! (Which I was offered in no other stores). Darren used the mattress scanner to assess what mattress would be best for me, explained the different types of mattresses and let me test the one he recommended, with appropriate health and safety systems in place because of covid. He asked what budget I was looking at and knew exactly what products would be of interest to me, he had a very good knowledge and understanding of Dreams products. As I had never purchased a bed in person before I was overwhelmed by the amazing support I received. The experience was seamless and I went away with the perfect bed, mattress and will even be returning in the next month for a headboard!
