I couldn’t of been more happier with the service. I have quite complex medical problems mainly in my back. The gentleman that helped me when I arrived in the store went above and beyond to cater my needs

The staff were very helpful and friendly

This was my first time buying my own mattress. I was greeted by friendly staff who showed me the best process to go through, this was on the bed which configures the best mattress for me. The staff member let me choose a pillow and showed me around the store at the beds which were best suited for me. He let me lay on the mattresses a number of times and stayed with me throughout this duration helping me decide. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made my mattress choosing a nice stress free experience. I would recommend Dreams to a friend.

Very helpful, Karen asked what my needs were. She listened to what I said and then gave me some mattress options to choose from and then did the same for the base. Karen was quick to come to my assistance which was good. The whole process was pleasant.

Very pleasant assistant called Maria at Sittingbourne, welcomed us and had a excellent product knowledge. She carried out all health and safety procedures and distancing and then asked my wife and I if we could lay on this special bed to check which bed would be suitable for our individual needs. Spent plenty of time with us telling us, which would be the best bed for our needs and then left us for a while to decide without any pressure. I would have no hesitation in returning to this store and i will tell my friends about Dreams.

Michael greeted us as we were looking at the beds. As I have a bad back I was shown the right mattress and was given a pillow to lay down. Social distancing was absolutely fine and we was given a drink as we was seated to make a payment. I found Michael and staff very pleasant and think this is the right atmosphere one needs when shopping for something as important as a bed.

Assistant was very helpful. Listened to me and made suitable suggestions based on my requirements.
