I told the lady what I wanted, she took me straight to a suitable bed,I tried it out placed the order and I was finished.They even delivered it right on time and within 4 days of placing the order.

The guy that dealt with me was very nice, didn’t rush he explained everything to me, very knowledgable and had my best interests, couldn’t be any more happier with the service I received

Very satisfied Maria was helpful and pleasant and had time. As well as another male salesman offered water to drink as it was a hot day.

Entered the store, was met by Darren, who asked if we needed assistance. He set us up on the speaking bed to see what our requirements were. Explained what the coloured runners ment and which ones we needed to look for. He then gave us a pillow each and showed us at least 4 suitable beds to try.

The staff made me very welcome they offered a drink which was very pleasant also made everywhere very clean to test out beds.there was a trainee who was really going above and beyond to make sure our visit was exceptional so would not hesitate to return to this store.

Staff were very attentive, and helped every way they could, were very hospitable. Sales on the items made them very affordable.

Darren was extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Covid guidelines were followed and lots of time was spent to help us find what we wanted. Could have had more choice with bed frames to choose from that were more modern looking. But was really happy with the one we finally went with although it’s was at the higher end of the price scale. All staff were friendly to all customers and had a lot of knowledge on the beds / mattresses

Very relaxed assistant who took time to listen to our needs. We had 2 shops to visit but never went to the other shop. She was not pushy and when we said we wanted to think about it she did not attempt to push us. We did go back and buy the next day. The offer of a drink was greatly appreciated.

I was approached as soon as I entered the store and asked how they could help. I explained what I wanted - a memory foam mattress for my Husband who spends 24/7 in his bed - I was shown various choices and the benefits were explained to me. The purchase was straight forward and delivery was booked in for less than a week's time and they will remove the old mattress for a nominal fee.
