At no time was I pressured to consider items above my price range. She processed my order efficiently and offered a most acceptable delivery time. She offered the extended warranty option, and explained the optional extra charges for assembly and removal of my old mattress. She was really lovely, most helpful and knowledgable about your products. It was a really great experience.

Liked the system used to understand what mattress suited our needs. Member of staff showed specific mattresses only and did not pressurise to purchase.
