The staff was knowledgeable, customer focused, friendly and took the time needed to help me find the right mattress.

Nice and friendly staff

Rang first of all and no answer! But the assistant rang me straight back (Merissa) which I thought was very good customer service.she seemed to know her products very well! We then popped to the store and a Gentleman approached us straight away! Again he new his products and advices us on the mattress the Merissa had spoken about on the phone. Didn’t feel any pressure AT ALL! And then me and my husband,stood chatting to the staff for a good 30 mins ..they was interested in my husband being a sheep farmer.lovely staff would DEFINITELY recommend to friends and family 👍👍

The gentleman that served us couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the product and advised us on our wants, felt no pressure from him to buy the product but he assured the sale with his professional, polite and knowledgable manner.

Micheal was excellent, he helped us find the perfect bed and had excellent customer service skills.

Maria was a brilliant sales assistant. Friendly greeting and not over powering. Invited us to use the dreams mattress machine which helped us pick out the perfect mattress. We spent a long time selecting our bed but Maria was very helpful and talked us through colours and product features. She even gave us coffee while we were deciding. We are looking forward to receiving ou new bed and Dreams really have made our dreams come true.
