Dreams - Sittingbourne

The mattress was shocking. as it blew up (bed in box), It looked like ladders in tights- on both sides and the mattress was to one side, plus there were holes in the mattress and the zip was broken. ONE OF THE WORSE BED IN THE BOXES MATTRESS EVER. I've had a bed in the boxes from you before, never again, highly put off. However, Michael (Sittingbourne) store, was helpful in picking a mattress but highly unhelpful when it went wrong. Max from customer service was a diamond professional through this situation, now just waiting for you guys to pick up the mattress Friday and my refund.

Placing the order was fine but some things was not clearly explained, and deliver my was awful not massively helpful in store

I was promised by the sales colleague that my email address was only for the receipt of my purchase which would be sent to me. Now I have this email asking to complete a survey which I am very disappointed You are regulated by the GDPR so I will have my contact details removed from your database
