prices seem a lot

With such a large company as Dreams I was disgusted at the price you charge to take away an old mattress.

Everything was great. filling out this survey is the worst. havinving the potential to win a prize when the price of the product could be reduced instead

I felt as if we we're harassed by the floor staff. They we're overly nice (almost fake) but I felt we couldn't talk or make a decision without being interrupted. When we decided on a mattress for our son the assistant went and got it which was nice but we wasn't 100% sure on it but felt we should just go with it because she had already got it.

Difficult to evaluate the product fully as delery not yet executed.

I felt that the colleagues in store had very little opportunity to strike a deal with me when I was purchasing 3 beds.

Item hasn't arrived yet so not sure if we have brought the correct item

Was informed about charity shops taking away old mattress this was totally untrue. Charity shops never take mattress's away. Would have paid for recycling if not informed of this.

We knew what we were looking for before we went in. The staff were helpful but just had to process the order.
